This notice explains what personal data this website, https://tensorgram.com, collects about you, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Greek data protection law 4624/2019 and the Greek ePrivacy law 3471/2006.

Who is responsible

Tensorgram is the controller of the personal data described here. The site has no contact form and asks you for nothing. To reach us about your data, use the channels linked in the footer of this site.

What we collect and why

Serving the site

When your browser requests a page, our web server receives your IP address, the address of the page, the time, your browser and operating system identification, and the page that linked you here. The server records these in its access log.

• Purpose: delivering the pages you ask for, keeping the site secure and diagnosing faults.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: log entries are kept only as long as security monitoring and fault diagnosis need them, normally a matter of weeks, and are then discarded.

Analytics, only if you allow it

We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It runs only after you choose Allow analytics in the cookie banner. Until then no Google script is loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

When allowed, Google Analytics sets the cookies listed under Cookies below and sends Google the pages you view, how you got here, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and your interactions on the pages. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

• Purpose: measuring how the site is used so that we can improve it.
• Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of law 3471/2006). You can withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes the analytics cookies from your browser.
• Processor: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Google may transfer the data to Google LLC in the United States. That transfer relies on Google LLC’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Retention: analytics data is held in our Google Analytics property for the retention period configured there, at most 14 months, and is then deleted by Google. Cookie lifetimes are listed below.

Your choices, stored in your browser

The site keeps two settings in your browser’s local storage: your cookie choice and your light-or-dark theme preference. Nothing else is stored. These are read only by your browser and this site, are never sent anywhere, and exist solely to honour the choices you made, so they need no consent.

Who receives your data

• The company that hosts our web server, which processes the access log on our behalf.
• Google Ireland Limited, only when you have allowed analytics.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where a law or a valid order from a public authority requires us to.

Links to other sites

The site links to our pages on X and LinkedIn and to other external sites. Nothing is sent to those sites until you follow a link. Their own privacy notices apply from that point.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• have processing restricted;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• receive the data you provided in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before.

To exercise a right, contact us through the channels linked in the footer. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. For Greece that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, https://www.dpa.gr.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. Under Greek law a child can consent to online services from the age of 15. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone younger, and analytics runs only on explicit consent. If you believe a child under 15 has given consent on this site, contact us and we will delete the related data.

Automated decisions

We make no decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile visitors.

Cookies

Nothing below is set until you make a choice in the cookie banner. The choice itself and the theme preference are held in local storage, not in cookies.

Google Analytics asks for a two-year lifetime and renews it on every page you view. Browsers do not keep a cookie that long: Chrome, Edge and Firefox hold one for at most 400 days, and Safari removes cookies written by scripts after 7 days. Your browser may therefore show a shorter lifetime than the table does.

Local storage:

Choose Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining or withdrawing removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when the site’s data handling changes and change the date at the top.
